Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our established eatery and ensure our patrons are treated to excellent service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction and smooth workflows.
  • Develop and implement effective restaurant policies and procedures consistently.
  • Manage staff schedules, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure patron satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan, update, and optimize menus regularly.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and control food and beverage costs.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and sales growth.
  • Promote the restaurant through marketing activities and community engagement efforts.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer dining experiences.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Maintain effective communication between staff, management, and suppliers regularly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a flair for hospitality.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and health regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
