Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be at the helm of our bustling dining establishment, ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain sanitary standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Analyze financial reports to maximize revenue and control operating expenses.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and update menu offerings seasonally.
  • Implement promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain loyal patrons.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of restaurant facilities and equipment.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the dining area to engage with guests and staff.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest and staff interactions.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and financial reporting systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
