Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff performance, and ensure high-quality guest service. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire restaurant's operations to ensure quality service and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, manage, and schedule restaurant staff to optimize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations and procedures daily.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming staff and customer environment consistently.
  • Develop and implement restaurant policies and plans to enhance guest experience.
  • Monitor and manage restaurant inventory, restocking supplies as necessary.
  • Implement and oversee marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and conducting reviews.
  • Prepare and manage restaurant budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
  • Coordinate and plan restaurant events and promotions to increase patronage.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational; address issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role is required.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential for success.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to implement budgets and procedures to optimize restaurant performance.
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety and health regulations and standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff and customer interactions.
