  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and encourage team morale.
  • Implement quality control procedures to maintain high food and service standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and inventory systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team.
