THE ROLE

As our Female Restaurant General Manager, youll set the tone, shape the culture, and lead the journey from opening day and beyond. Youll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, building a high-performing team, driving commercial success, and establishing the restaurant as one of Dubais most exciting sports dining destinations.

YOU WILL BE THE DRIVING FORCE BEHIND

· The successful pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operation of the restaurant

· Creating memorable guest experiences that reflect Forbes standards

· Building, coaching, and inspiring a passionate multicultural team

· Driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence

· Delivering innovative promotions, events, and experiences that keep guests coming back

· Managing budgets, forecasting, inventory, and overall business performance

· Partnering with culinary and resort leadership teams to continually elevate the concept

· Creating a culture where people feel valued, empowered, and motivated to succeed

· Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager within luxury hospitality

· Commercial expertise with a strong understanding of P&L management and revenue growth

· Experience leading successful restaurant openings and building high-performing teams
