The Resource Administrator- Prairies role plays a key part in supporting our Resource Management function by ensuring accurate reporting, reliable data, and effective coordination across the Prairies region (excluding Calgary).

This role is well suited for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys working with data, managing multiple priorities, and supporting business operations through strong analytical and organizational skills.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and distribute utilization, availability, and scheduling reports to support regional resource planning
  • Analyze actual versus scheduled and forecasted hours, identifying trends, variances, and data issues
  • Maintain data accuracy across multiple resource management and reporting systems
  • Reconcile opportunity codes, placeholder resources, training time, and CPA student study leave entries
  • Support Central Resource Centre (CRC) scheduling activities and reporting
  • Assist with engagement budget reconciliation and dashboard maintenance
  • Participate in system enhancements, process improvements, and reporting efficiency initiatives
  • Provide coverage and ad‑hoc support for regional resourcing activities as required

  • Experience working with large, complex, and high‑volume data sets

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
