Position Overview

We are looking for a Residential Remodeling Carpenter who is eager to bring their skills to a variety of remodeling projects, including full home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, and more. You will be involved in everything from framing to finish carpentry, drywall installation, and beyond. As a key member of our team, your work will directly impact the quality and success of every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of remodeling tasks, such as demolition, framing, drywall, trim carpentry, and more.
• Collaborate closely with lead carpenters and apprentices to ensure project success.
• Demonstrate high levels of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality control throughout all phases of the project.
• Problem-solve on-site challenges creatively and effectively to keep projects on track.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety standards and job site cleanliness.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in residential remodeling or a related trade.
• Proficiency in multiple aspects of carpentry, including framing, drywall, and trim work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and grow within the trade.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
