About The Role

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals for upcoming Construction Supervision projects in Dubai, UAE.

These roles will support a large-scale infrastructure development project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction activities on-site.
• Ensure contractor compliance with specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.
• Manage site supervision teams, including inspectors and engineers.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety of all works.
• Review method statements, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Support reporting, risk management, and contract administration.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Total 10-20 years of experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in construction supervision.
• Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• UAE experience will be an advantage.
