Job Description

As a Residences Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, tasked with managing all aspects of their hospitality needs with precision and professionalism. This role requires a combination of exceptional customer service skills and an ability to anticipate the needs of residents in a high-paced residential environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of concierge services, from handling inquiries and complaints to facilitating various requests. Your role will significantly contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient environment that enhances the overall living experience of the residents. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a composed demeanor.


Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and visitors warmly and assist with inquiries efficiently.
  • Address resident requests and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and manage bookings for service appointments and reservations.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed by monitoring entry and exit points.
  • Update and maintain resident information in management systems meticulously.
  • Facilitate communication between residents and building management as needed.
  • Handle incoming packages and deliveries by organizing and notifying residents.
  • Provide logistical support for resident move-ins and move-outs professionally.
  • Maintain the upkeep and presentation of the concierge desk and lobby area.
  • Assist in arranging transportation and other concierge-related hospitality services.
  • Organize community events and activities, ensuring resident engagement.
  • Maintain confidentiality of residents' personal information at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or concierge roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven attention to detail and a high level of organizational ability.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and various property management software applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
