Job Description

A Residences Concierge is a pivotal figure in the hospitality and residential sector, primarily responsible for providing outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and visitors. Positioned as the first point of contact, the Concierge plays a crucial role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the residence. The role requires a strong commitment to service excellence, a keen eye for details, and the ability to handle various tasks amidst high-paced environments. As a Residences Concierge, you are expected to cater to the needs of the residents, assist with their requests, and coordinate with other service personnel to maintain the overall welfare and satisfaction of everyone in the establishment. Furthermore, professionalism, discretion, and a warm demeanor are essential qualities for successfully fulfilling the duties of this role.


Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and guests warmly upon arrival at the residence.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Assist residents with inquiries and provide accurate information about local amenities.
  • Handle resident and guest complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized log of resident requests and service follow-ups.
  • Facilitate residents in booking reservations and scheduling activities.
  • Monitor and manage access to the building to enhance security.
  • Organize and execute events or gatherings for the resident community.
  • Keep records of feedback and suggestions for service improvements.
  • Coordinate with external service providers for prompt resident assistance.
  • Provide mail and package handling services efficiently and safely.
  • Regularly update residents about new services and community regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a concierge or in a customer service role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and concierge-related technology systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
