Job Description

This is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a high performing team renowned for their approach and delivery of unparalleled service. If you have a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient handling of reservation inquiries.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservations department, including managing room availability, rates, and special requests.
  • Conduct training sessions for reservation agents to enhance their skills and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Interact with guests to assist with reservation inquiries, provide information about the hotels offerings, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Front Office and Sales, to optimise room inventory, maximise revenue, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Generate and analyse reservation reports to identify trends, monitor performance, and implement strategies for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge of hotel booking systems, including Opera.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high standard of personal presentation with confident, professional and welcoming personality.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
