Your Day to Day

We’re looking for a Reservations Agent who loves turning plans into memorable stays and conversations into connections. At Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown, every reservation is the start of a story, and you’ll be the one setting the tone; handling enquiries with confidence, recommending the best options for our guests, and adding thoughtful touches that reflect our vibrant neighbourhood. What we need from you

As the first lifestyle branded hotel of IHG in the Middle East, this exciting chance really is something to be part of. This is a great opportunity for talented hospitality professionals to step up in their career and experience a new challenge in a trendy lifestyle brand.

Youll report to the Revenue and Reservations Manager, and you’ll play a big role in supporting the overall success of the hotel.

The right fit for this role is someone who has solid hotel background with an energetic and fun personality. You should be passionate about people and hospitality. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Ideally, you should have at least one-year relevant experience in a similar role in hotels/ hospitality industry. You must have strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English.
