Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Reservation Agent fluent in Arabic to join our team. The candidate will play a vital role in managing and facilitating reservations for our esteemed clientele by delivering exceptional service and ensuring all travel arrangements meet their unique requirements. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, capable of working efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate reservations and booking arrangements for clients in both English and Arabic.

  • Update and maintain accurate reservation records and documents in the system.
  • Offer alternative solutions and manage changes to bookings when necessary.

  • Assist in resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide detailed and precise information about travel policies and limitations.
  • Promote additional services and special offers when applicable to maximize sales.
  • Regularly review and improve internal reservation procedures for efficiency.
  • Compile and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in a reservation or travel-related role is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills are required to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with reservation software and customer management systems is essential.
