Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reservation Agent fluent in Arabic to join our team. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and managing all reservation inquiries efficiently and professionally. You will act as the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with valuable information and support, and ensuring their reservation experience is seamless and memorable. Your role will involve interacting with diverse clientele, managing reservation systems, and working closely with different departments to ensure all special requests and needs are met. Responsibilities

  • Handle all reservation inquiries promptly, clearly, and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize reservation systems to process bookings and update customer details accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm bookings and offer alternative solutions if original requests are unavailable.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to coordinate guest requests and ensure personalized service delivery.
  • Provide guests with comprehensive information on accommodations, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Resolve any reservation-related issues or conflicts in a diplomatic and professional manner.
  • Maintain high levels of service standards while managing a large volume of reservations daily.
  • Promote special offers, discounts, and packages to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on reservation trends, guest feedback, and booking channels for management review.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and system enhancements to improve service efficiency.
  • Train and support junior team members as required to maintain quality service practices.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and values to ensure a consistent guest experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a Reservation Agent or in a customer service role preferred.
  • Proficient in using reservation systems and other relevant computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachably demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
