Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Reservation Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team. As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with booking reservations, inquiries, and changes while maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and detailed information on rates, availability, and services to clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all reservation procedures and standards set by the company.
  • Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions and recommendations.
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any reservation issues or conflicts.
  • Assist in handling customer complaints and provide suitable resolutions promptly.
  • Contribute to team targets and goals by maintaining personal sales performance.
  • Regularly update and maintain customer records in the reservation system.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service delivery and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both oral and written, is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using computer reservation systems and related software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
