Job Description

Installing, inspecting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment
Troubleshooting electrical faults and resolving issues efficiently
Maintaining lighting systems, switches, sockets, circuit breakers, and distribution panels
Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work
Responding to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns when required
Ensuring all electrical work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards and UAE regulations
Working closely with other maintenance team members to ensure smooth building operations

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of Gulf experience as an Electrician
Hands-on experience in building maintenance, property management, or facilities maintenance
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair procedures
The ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to quality workmanship
Current availability in the UAE, as only candidates already in the country will be considered

Preferred Qualifications

ITI, Diploma, or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Previous experience in residential towers, commercial buildings, or real estate maintenance projects will be an advantage.
