Job Description

Installing, inspecting, servicing, and repairing air conditioning and HVAC systems
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on residential and commercial cooling systems
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults and carrying out necessary repairs
Maintaining split units, ducted systems, package units, and central air conditioning systems
Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns
Ensuring all work is completed according to safety standards and company procedures
Keeping maintenance records and reporting completed work accurately

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of Gulf experience as an A/C Technician or HVAC Technician
Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures
The ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or the real estate sector is an advantage.
Availability within the UAE at the time of application
