Job Description

A Replenishment Associate plays a critical role in retail and logistics environments, focusing on maintaining the proper stock levels to ensure customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for the efficient restocking of inventory on shelves and storage areas, which ultimately supports seamless shopping experiences and promotes sales by having items readily available for customers. The Associate must exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to accurately assess inventory needs and act swiftly to replenish items. Furthermore, the role requires strong teamwork and communication skills as Replenishment Associates often work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve store targets. Additionally, being able to work under pressure in fast-paced settings is essential for responding to varying customer demands and store needs.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales floor and storage area stock levels to ensure availability of products.
  • Restock shelves accurately, arranging items neatly according to store protocol.
  • Collaborate with inventory management to reconcile discrepancies in stock levels.
  • Assist in unloading shipments and verify the accuracy of delivery contents.
  • Ensure all items are correctly priced and labeled for consumer visibility.
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal staff to resolve stock issues promptly.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized stock area to optimize space and efficiency.
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts for moving inventory.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report findings to management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by quickly addressing replenishment inquiries.
  • Support seasonal merchandising setups by adjusting stock accordingly.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about company procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in retail or warehouse replenishment is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
  • Basic mathematical skills for accurate inventory counting and adjustments.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
