Job Title: Remote Webinar Operations Coordinator & Sales Setter (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $1,200 – $1,500 USD/month


Schedule: Sunday – Thursday. Requires Tuesday & Thursday evenings (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM MT) for live moderation. Daytime hours are flexible to offset evening shifts.

Our Client is a prominent financial education and coaching firm dedicated to helping high-income earners optimize tax strategies and build long-term wealth. With a massive digital presence reaching over 7 million followers via their "Legacy Investing Show" brand, they deliver premium education through live webinars, group coaching, and private communities. They operate as a lean, fast-moving remote team focused on high-impact financial results for their clientele.


The Role


Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Webinar Operations Coordinator & Sales Setter to bridge the gap between operations and sales. This individual will manage the entire webinar lifecycle—from technical Zoom setup and email segmentation to live moderation and attendee engagement. Beyond operations, the role is critical to the sales pipeline, requiring the coordinator to respond to inbound leads across multiple platforms and conduct outbound calls to warm leads to book strategy sessions for the sales team.


Key Responsibilities


Webinar & Technical Operations


  • Configures all Zoom webinars, including registration pages, email reminders, and technical backend settings.
  • Moderates live webinars on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, managing real-time chat, Q&A, and the overall attendee experience.
  • Sets up and schedules segmented pre- and post-webinar email sequences based on audience engagement levels.
  • Tracks and calculates key performance metrics such as registration rates, show-up rates, and call bookings to report to leadership.


Sales Setting & Lead Management


  • Responds to inbound leads via SMS, email, and Instagram DMs in a professional, conversational, and timely manner.
  • Manages lead data within the CRM (Pipedrive), ensuring accurate entry and organized pipeline movement.
  • Conducts outbound calls to warm leads to qualify interest and schedule strategy calls for the senior sales team.
  • Maintains meticulous records of lead flow and communication history to ensure no opportunities are missed.


Required Qualifications


  • Communication: Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) is essential. Interactions with U.S.-based leads must feel natural, polished, and high-touch.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience with Zoom webinar settings and CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred) or a proven ability to master new software quickly.
  • Sales Disposition: Comfortable making outbound phone calls to warm leads and managing high-volume DMs in a sales context.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail; able to manage email segmentation, data tracking, and live event logistics simultaneously.
  • Connectivity: A reliable, high-speed internet connection is non-negotiable for stable live webinar moderation and VOIP calls.
  • Availability: Ability to work a Sunday through Thursday schedule, specifically committing to the required Tuesday/Thursday evening blocks.



Preferred Qualifications


  • Prior experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or high-ticket sales.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and audience segmentation logic.
  • Background in financial education, real estate, or the online coaching/course industry.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for business or sales purposes.
