<div>Role Positioning: Bengaluru<br>Hybrid role combining: - Release Governance (control, risk, coordination) - DevOps Execution (automation, pipelines, deployment)<br>________________________________________<br>Role Summary<br>Hands-on Release Manager with DevOps capability to own end-to-end releases and CI/CD for a Salesforce-based CRM &amp; CDP ecosystem. Responsible for safe, auditable, zero-disruption deployments across integrated enterprise systems.<br>________________________________________<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Release Management<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Own release lifecycle (Dev → SIT → UAT → Prod)<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Plan and manage release calendar across phases (1A/1B/2)<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Lead Go/No-Go decisions and readiness reviews<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Coordinate Dev, QA, Integration, and Business teams<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform impact assessment (platform, integration, data)<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Define rollback &amp; contingency plans<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Drive post-release validation &amp; reporting<br>DevOps (Hands-on)<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Automate build, test, deployment<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Manage environments (Dev/SIT/UAT/Prod)<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Implement deployment &amp; rollback automation<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Integrate automated testing (regression/performance)<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Enable monitoring, logging, alerts<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Apply DevSecOps (secure pipelines, audit logs)<br>________________________________________<br>Required Experience<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>6+ years in Release Management / DevOps<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Strong CI/CD (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps / Jenkins / equivalent)<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience with multi-environment deployments<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Exposure to Salesforce (preferred)<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience with API/integration-led systems<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Understanding of security, audit, compliance<br>________________________________________<br>Soft Skills<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Strong stakeholder coordination (Business + IT)<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Operates well in high-pressure delivery timelines<br>•<span style="white-space:pre;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Structured risk management and decision-making<br><br><br></div>
