Release Intern Post Production

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Release Intern to join the #ABtalks Production team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling and content operations, with an interest in learning how large-scale interview productions are prepared and released across multiple platforms.

As a Release Intern, you will support the post-production and release process of #ABtalks episodes from footage backup to initial edit through final draft and publication. You will work closely with the Production & Release Coordinator to ensure every episode meets our quality standards and is delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the post-production assets with our network of editors, colorists, and sound engineers.
• Assist in reviewing each draft of the episodes for quality control, checking for technical issues, subtitles, graphics, audio, and overall consistency.
• Organize and track release assets, ensuring all deliverables are complete, correctly named, and shared with the applicable team members on time.
• Prepare and manage subtitles and transcripts through an AI tool.
• Upload and organize assets across internal systems and cloud storage.
• Coordinate with team members to follow up on outstanding tasks that are affecting the release schedule timeline.
• Maintain release checklists and documentation to ensure smooth workflows.
• Assist with archive management and organization of episode assets.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, cloud storage, and digital organization tools.
• Interest in media production, post-production, or digital content.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Frame.io, Google Workspace, or project management tools is a bonus but not required.
