Job Description

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify and engage potential clients to expand the company's portfolio.
Provide expert advice on financial products and services tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Prepare and present financial reports and performance analyses to clients and management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Act as a trusted advisor by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the financial services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Relationship Manager should have:

A degree in finance, business, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
Proven expertise in client relationship management within the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of banking and financial products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
A proactive and results-driven approach to meeting client and business objectives.
