About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Project Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of project execution, ensuring that all phases are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will act as a liaison between different departments, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Prior experience of 3-5 years in project management or coordination within the real estate or construction industry is preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. A strong understanding of project lifecycle, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management is required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Certification in project management (PMP or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities across different teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Facilitate effective communication among clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and procurement activities.
  • Support the project team in resolving issues and making informed decisions.
  • Conduct project meetings and document minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and audits.
