Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate developer sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong off plan industry knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Manage and expand the channel partner network to drive sales growth.
  • Regularly update channel partners and brokers on new project launches, inventory availability, pricing, payment plans, and promotional offers.
  • Communicate project-related updates, payment schedules, commission structures, and discount schemes to channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience leading or managing sales teams is preferred.
  • Strong network of brokers and channel partners is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
