We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Relationship Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Dubai and offers regional coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Manager with the daily administration of a complex portfolio of international private and corporate clients, taking ownership of the client relationships
Actively contribute to growth of the client portfolio
Actively contribute to the team’s revenue targets
Knowledge about UAE free zones, offshore companies and corporate secretarial services including but not limited to drafting resolutions, conducting board meetings, annual general meetings and draft minutes.
Familiar with bank account opening procedures
Liaise with clients to assist with incorporation of free zone companies, provide ongoing services such as attestations, renewals, statutory and regulatory filings, corporate secretarial services and other day- to- day operations.
Service clients through means of in-depth knowledge of a client file and the jurisdiction requirements promptly, efficiently and cost-effectively
Attend meetings and/or calls with clients to appropriately explain Vistra’s services and jurisdictional offering as and when requested
Take ownership of responsibilities given and independently handle tasks
Assist with the good and efficient management of the team’s working capital ensuring invoices for own client portfolio are raised promptly, following up on any outstanding invoices regularly, managing the debtor list proactively
Knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements, onboarding/KYC and provide appropriate guidance to clients
Timely follow-up on client requests within a 48hr response window
Provide appropriate and timely reporting on compliance and regulatory issues to the business
Reporting to the management on various operational matters, and escalate any client issues
Regularly populate time sheets and complete required file reviews pertaining to client entities on a timely basis
Attributes / Technical Skills
Ability to plan and execute multiple mandates in a timely manner
Keep up-to-date on industry-relevant legislative changes and take relevant actions
Maintain up-to- date client correspondence files, official documents and database
Ability to communicate to clients independently with an appropriate level of diplomacy and solution driven mindset
Ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement and take the initiative to drive change.
Positive attitude and approach
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
Highly organised, with the ability to understand the needs of the client and match those needs to the provision of an exceptional service
Natural aptitude for high level analysis and critical approach to all client matters as well as a proactive, problem solving mind set
Ability to multitask
Experience of working independently, with the ability to maintain self-motivation and be consistently pro-active
Concern for accuracy, quality and attention to detail
Relevant Experience
Minimum of two years experience in administering companies in the corporate services industry and relevant company secretarial experience.
Education / Memberships
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business administration or similar, Company Secretary
Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Languages
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
