Relationship Manager

We’re looking for a confident and personable Relationship Manager to join our Dubai team. You’ll be the key link between our clients and internal departments, ensuring every interaction feels seamless, consistent, and valued. This role suits someone who enjoys client connections, strategy meetings, and knows how to turn great conversations into long-term partnerships. You’ll manage a defined portfolio of clients, coordinate service delivery, and help strengthen retention and growth. 

Responsibilities:  

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments.  

• Build strong, trust-based relationships and proactively manage client satisfaction.  

• Meet clients regularly in person across Dubai and host calls or virtual check-ins when needed.  

• Understand each client’s business goals and identify opportunities for value-added support.  

• Maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams to ensure deadlines and actions are met.  

• Track engagement, follow-ups, and service delivery using CRM systems.  

• Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities. 

Requirements:  

• Currently based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving license.  

• Excellent communicator with polished English and a confident, client-facing presence.  

• Background in Corporate Services, Accounting, or Company Formation preferred.  

• Familiarity with FTA processes, UAE compliance, or bookkeeping workflows is an advantage.  

• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.  

• Experienced working with international or Western clients, with strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.  

• Professional, proactive, and able to build authentic client connections.
