The role of a Relationship Manager in the Real Estate sector is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships while achieving sales targets. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or related industry.
  • Proven track record in sales and managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are mandatory for this role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to predict future trends.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software systems.
