Relationship Manager - Dubai

The Role

A global asset manager is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager based in Dubai to grow and manage a high-net-worth individual (HNI) client base and expand assets under management. The position offers access to global wealth solutions and a structured incentive framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Identify and engage prospective clients to expand the portfolio of the global asset manager.
• Provide expert advice on financial products and services tailored to individual client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports and performance analyses to clients and senior management.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain current knowledge of the financial services industry to act as a credible and trusted advisor.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in a comparable relationship management role within the UAE.
• Proven track record in client relationship management within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of banking and financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage HNI clients effectively.
• Ability to analyse financial data and translate findings into actionable client recommendations.
• Proactive, results-driven approach with a clear focus on meeting client and business objectives.
