  • Acquire New-To-Bank (NTB) SME clients and drive growth in high‑value deposit relationships to achieve NNM and liability targets.
  • Manage and grow a profitable SME portfolio through effective relationship building, regular client engagement, and cross‑selling of banking products.
  • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews, ensure updated KYC, and maintain full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential portfolio risks by monitoring account performance and recognizing early warning indicators.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and product developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring superior service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Support and guide RMs/ROs/CSRs in the absence of the Unit Head, ensuring smooth operations and achievement of business goals.
  • Conduct customer visits, credit reviews, and documentation checks to maintain accuracy, compliance, and business quality.
  • Collaborate with internal audit, risk, and compliance teams to address gaps and ensure policy adherence.
  • Contribute to process improvements, product enhancement ideas, and sales campaign initiatives, while continuously developing personal skills.
