Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Understand each client's business goals and align our solutions accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of commitments to clients.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account status and growth potential.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and seek out ways to improve client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with clients to review their needs and progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client insights.
  • Ensure all client interactions are documented and recorded accurately in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a must.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a relationship management role.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM software to track and analyze client interactions.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet set performance targets consistently.
