Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients or stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging client situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
