As a Relationship Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, serving as the primary point of contact between our company and our valued clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster trust.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Analyze client feedback and work towards improving customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of custom solutions to meet client demands.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor actions to inform client strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on client interactions and outcomes for management.
  • Facilitate client meetings and presentations to communicate value propositions.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts promptly to maintain client trust and loyalty.
  • Ensure client data is accurately maintained within the CRM system.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff in relationship management practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in a relationship management role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of the sales and customer service processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications required.
