Job Description

A Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and developing customer relationships for organizations. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a relationship management role in any industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding business-related targets and goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for client interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with an adaptability to technology.
