Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in client relationship management or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients.
  • Proven track record of driving client success and revenue growth.
  • Ability to handle complex negotiations and build long-term partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client data and tailor relationship strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer management tools is preferred.
