Regulatory Executive

Job Overview

The Regulatory Executive ensures full product compliance with local and federal regulatory requirements — spanning product registration, government approvals and master data management. The role involves end-to-end coordination with key authorities including Dubai Municipality and MOCCAE, alongside hands-on ERP responsibilities covering item code creation, data updates and master data integrity.

Responsibilities

Product Registration & Approval with Ministry:

• Manage the product registration process, ensuring all required documents are submitted to regulatory authorities on time
• Prepare and maintain regulatory submissions, documentation and records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure all product labels, packaging and marketing materials comply with local regulations
• Manage and execute MOCCAE (Ministry of Climate Change and Environment) product registration processes end-to-end
• Coordinate proactively with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure successful and timely product approvals
• Respond to and resolve queries or clarification requests from regulatory authorities in a timely manner
  
  

• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems as part of daily operations
• Manage item code creation in the ERP system, ensuring all product details are accurately and completely captured at setup
• Update and modify product information on the ERP system as required, including regulatory, labelling and packaging changes
• Maintain master data integrity — conduct regular data audits, identify discrepancies and make timely corrections to ensure accuracy
  
  

• Graduate degree in business / supply chain field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in regulatory affairs or compliance, particularly within the retail sector.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems for item management and master data maintenance is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in English. Arabic is advantageous.
