Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support. You will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions and provide detailed reporting to physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare practitioners.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in conjunction with the healthcare team.
• Ensure patient comfort and assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient care activities.
• Collect samples for laboratory testing and perform basic diagnostics when required.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for effective patient management and care delivery.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards consistently.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and perform CPR or first aid when necessary.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance nursing skills.
• Advocate for patient rights and ensure ethical standards are upheld.

Requirements

• Current nursing license in good standing with a recognized nursing board.
• Own Visa Prefered
• Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 1-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare facility or hospital.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare software.
