Join a Busy Community Clinic Serving Families Across Dubai

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our growing team at HealthHub Festival Plaza.

Festival Plaza is a busy community healthcare destination serving families, children, working professionals, and residents across South Dubai. The clinic offers a wide range of healthcare services and provides nurses with exposure to a diverse patient population and a fast-paced outpatient environment.

We are specifically seeking a nurse with strong experience in Pediatrics and/or Emergency Services, particularly candidates who are highly skilled in:

Pediatric blood collection

Difficult venous access

Cannulation

Venepuncture

Patient assessment and triage

Due to our patient demographics, candidates who are fluent in Arabic or Tagalog, alongside English, are highly preferred.

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will support physicians and patients across multiple specialties while delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will be confident managing pediatric patients, supporting urgent care presentations, performing blood collection and cannulation, and working efficiently within a busy outpatient clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

Deliver high-quality nursing care within a busy outpatient clinic.

Support physicians during consultations and procedures.

Monitor and record patient observations and vital signs.

Perform venepuncture and blood collection for adult and pediatric patients.

Perform IV cannulation safely and efficiently.

Support emergency situations and urgent patient presentations.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Provide patient education and health promotion support.

Pediatric & Emergency Support

Support pediatric consultations and procedures.

Manage anxious children and families professionally and compassionately.

Assist with emergency and urgent care presentations.

Escalate clinical concerns appropriately.

Documentation & Quality

Maintain accurate EMR documentation.

Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and infection control standards.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.

Essential Requirements

DHA Licensed Registered Nurse.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

Valid BLS Certification.

Minimum 2 Years' Nursing Experience.

Experience within:

Pediatrics

Emergency Department

Urgent Care

Outpatient Medical Centres

Strong blood extraction and venepuncture skills.

Strong IV cannulation skills.

Experience working with pediatric patients.

Excellent patient communication skills.

Fluent English communication skills.

Strong computer and EMR skills.

Highly Preferred

Arabic language skills.

Tagalog language skills.

Previous UAE healthcare experience.

PALS certification.

Emergency nursing experience.

High-volume outpatient clinic experience.
