Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license to join our esteemed healthcare team. As a crucial member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centred care in a dynamic clinical setting. Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care plans on a daily basis.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other prescribed medical interventions effectively.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to deliver quality patient outcomes.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations.
  • Document all patient care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations.
  • Utilize critical thinking to coordinate and monitor patient care effectively and efficiently.
  • Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, fostering a supportive team environment.
  • Participate in continuous education and training to maintain clinical skills and knowledge up-to-date.
  • Respond quickly and appropriately to medical emergencies or urgent situations.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health care policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) nursing license required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and healthcare staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Proficient in using healthcare information technology and electronic health records.
  • Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based nursing practice and patient-centred care.
