We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with a DHA license to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, supporting our medical staff, and ensuring an optimal level of service in our facility. You will apply your nursing expertise and knowledge to help diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of our patients. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to patients in accordance with prescribed standards.
• Monitor, assess, and record patients’ symptoms and progress regularly.
• Coordinate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment regimens.
• Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results to provide correct medical advice.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patients' medical history.
• Ensure all equipment is sterilized and functioning effectively as per regulations.
• Assist in patient rehabilitation and encourage practices for recovery and mobility.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and prioritize patients’ needs accordingly.
• Develop and implement care plans, adapting to patients’ individual needs.
• Participate actively in meetings and training sessions to enhance skill sets.
• Adhere to healthcare policies and procedures as outlined by the facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized educational institution.
• Valid DHA license for practicing as a Registered Nurse in Dubai.
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS will be considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a healthcare team.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, emphasizing empathy and understanding in patient interactions.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a healthcare facility.
