Responsibilities

• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians with accuracy.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical information regularly.
• Provide pre-operation and post-operation care to surgical patients.
• Evaluate patients’ needs and develop individualized care plans accordingly.
• Consult and collaborate effectively with team members to plan patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and options available.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment to prevent infections.
• Assist in emergency interventions as needed and maintain composure under pressure.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in line with facility standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and stay updated with current nursing practices.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and medical ethics consistently.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Current and valid DHA license for nursing practice in the region required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred.
• Proven experience of at least one year as a registered nurse essential.
• Knowledge of medical and hospital protocols, patient safety, and infection control.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team is necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities are required.
