We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse who is fluent in Arabic to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' health and develop individualized care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed physicians.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to explain medical conditions and care plans.
• Assist in emergency care situations by providing lifesaving interventions and support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient treated.
• Perform diagnostic tests, and analyze results to determine patient health status.
• Educate patients and their families about health management, illness prevention, and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations and hospital policies to maintain patients’ safety.
• Conduct regular health assessments to monitor patient recovery and response to treatment.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families to help them cope with medical conditions.
• Facilitate effective transition of care by providing handover information to other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages both spoken and written.
• A minimum of two years’ professional experience in a healthcare setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related health field is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle culturally diverse patients.
• CPR certification and other emergency care training are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records management and data entry.
• Knowledge of best practice guidelines and health regulations compliance.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
