Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for Arabic-speaking patients.

• Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses and post-treatment care.
• Maintain detailed patient records and update electronic health systems accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors and healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient conditions and notify physicians of any significant changes.
• Conduct follow-up visits and care for discharged patients, ensuring recovery milestones.
• Lead and participate in training workshops for continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license with a strong professional track record.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic, as well as English language proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
• A minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare facility, preferably multicultural.
• Strong understanding of clinical procedures, healthcare protocols, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with emphasis on empathy.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure and dynamic healthcare settings.
