Job Description

The role of a Registered Nurse (RN) is critical in the healthcare sector, providing comprehensive patient care and playing a significant role in improving healthcare outcomes.   • Document patients' medical histories and update records according to legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to keep skills and knowledge current.
  • Advocate for patients' rights and needs within the healthcare setting to ensure patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to apply them in a high-pressure setting.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • At least one year of experience in a clinical setting is highly advantageous.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a strong commitment to healthcare ethics.
