Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' conditions by conducting comprehensive physical and diagnostic examinations.
  • Develop personalized care plans based on patient assessment and medical history.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress and responses to treatments.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care effectively.
  • Maintain a sterile environment and ensure compliance with infection control standards.
  • Operate and monitor medical equipment for assessing and treating patients.
  • Participate in patient discharge planning and provide appropriate aftercare instructions.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations within the healthcare setting.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Ensure that all patient records are accurately maintained and updated.

Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited educational institution preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare procedures, diagnostics, and nursing care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Ability to assess situations and take appropriate actions to provide the best patient care.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
