Job Description

Our healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional patient care. As a vital member of our medical staff, you will play a critical role in assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. Responsibilities

  • Assess and identify patients' needs through detailed observation, examinations, and clinical evaluations.
  • Develop and implement personalized nursing care plans for a variety of patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians in a timely manner.
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions diligently.
  • Maintain accurate and complete health care documentation and records consistently.
  • Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries at home or during recovery.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate goals for patient care.
  • Perform regular medical examinations, including measuring vital signs and taking blood samples.
  • Ensure that all care and procedures meet regulatory compliance and professional standards.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies, carrying out first response duties and life-saving techniques.
  • Supervise and train nursing aides and assistants, providing guidance and leadership as needed.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and maintain current knowledge of best practices.

Requirements

  • A valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse is mandatory.
  • Minimum of an associate degree in nursing or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
  • At least two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and patient interactions.
  • Proven ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
