Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver patient care that is respectful, effective, and attuned to their specific needs. Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' health conditions, develop care plans, and monitor patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the highest patient care quality.
  • Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records for each patient.
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families or caregivers.
  • Operate medical equipment necessary for patient diagnosis and treatment effectively.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and training programs as required.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated patient care solutions.
  • Assist in emergency situations and perform first aid or life support measures when necessary.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to Nursing Assistants and other junior staff members.
  • Advocate for patients' rights and work towards improving healthcare service quality.

Requirements

  • Must possess a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
  • At least two years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and families.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced or emergency situations.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records and other healthcare-related software.
  • Current CPR certification, with advanced life support training as an added advantage.
  • Compassionate approach towards patient care and strong attention to detail.
