Responsibilities

• Comfort family members by explaining the patient's condition, treatment options, and care plan.
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records, and report any significant changes or updates.
• Provide direct patient care, including personal hygiene assistance, mobility support, and nutrition management.
• Coordinate and supervise the delivery of patient care in a variety of healthcare settings.
• Operate medical equipment and monitor results, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and adjust as needed.

Requirements

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards.
• Proficiency in using healthcare and medical software and technology.
