Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patients’ health status and document clinical observations regularly.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed healthcare protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to devise and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventative healthcare.
  • Identify potential patients’ healthcare needs and communicate these to relevant teams.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations consistently.
  • Facilitate and coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and follow-up care processes.
  • Conduct routine diagnostics and evaluate patient outcomes to measure treatment effectiveness.
  • Collect samples for laboratory testing and ensure their accurate processing and labeling.
  • Ensure all equipment is sterilized and all supplies are maintained and stocked.
  • Respond swiftly to emergency situations, providing appropriate and timely interventions.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development initiatives to enhance skills.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice is mandatory.
  • Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred for this role.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a hospital or similar setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong patient care focus.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and related software.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to make sound clinical decisions quickly.
