Regional Vice President - UAE

Millennium Hotels & Resorts is looking for an exceptional Regional Vice President – UAE to lead the performance, transformation, and growth of its diverse hotel portfolio across the UAE.

This is a high-impact executive opportunity for an accomplished hospitality leader who combines strong commercial vision with operational excellence and strategic leadership.

Overseeing a portfolio of owned, leased, and managed hotels, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business performance, maximising profitability, elevating guest experiences, and strengthening Millenniums market position across one of its most important markets.

As a visible and influential leader, you will work closely with General Managers, corporate functions, ownership groups, and executive leadership to deliver sustainable growth and operational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial & Financial Performance

• Drive revenue growth, market share, and overall commercial performance across the UAE portfolio.

• Maximise profitability through effective management of GOP, EBITDA, and operating costs.

• Lead budget, forecasting, and business performance reviews, ensuring hotels consistently achieve and exceed financial targets.

• Translate market intelligence, business trends, and performance data into actionable commercial strategies.

2. Operational Excellence & Guest Experience

• Drive operational excellence and ensure consistent brand standards across all properties.

• Elevate guest satisfaction, service quality, and quality assurance performance.

• Ensure effective implementation of corporate strategies, brand initiatives, and operational standards.

• Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous performance improvement.

3. Portfolio Transformation & Growth

• Lead business transformation, turnaround, and performance improvement initiatives across the portfolio.

• Identify opportunities to enhance asset performance, operational efficiency, and overall business value.

• Drive best-practice sharing and operational consistency across properties.

• Identify opportunities for sustainable growth, innovation, and long-term portfolio development.

4. Executive Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead, inspire, and develop General Managers and senior hotel leadership teams.

• Build a strong performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results.

• Strengthen succession planning and develop the next generation of hospitality leaders.

• Partner with corporate leadership to translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a commercially astute and results-oriented hospitality executive with a strong track record of leading complex, multi-property hotel operations.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience within the hospitality industry.

• Previous experience as an Area Director, Cluster General Manager, Regional Director, or in an equivalent multi-property leadership position.

• Proven experience managing complex hotel portfolios, ideally across different ownership and operating models.

• Strong commercial and financial expertise, with a track record of driving revenue growth, market share, GOP, and EBITDA.

• Demonstrated success in business transformation, hotel turnarounds, and operational improvement.

• Extensive knowledge of the UAE hospitality market and its competitive landscape.

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with experience working closely with hotel owners, asset managers, and executive leadership.

• A proven ability to inspire high-performing teams, develop leadership talent, and drive organisational success.
