A leading hospitality ownership and management group is seeking an accomplished Regional President of Sales & Marketing to drive commercial strategy across a portfolio of full‑service hotels and resorts. This executive will lead enterprise‑level sales, revenue, and marketing performance while developing high‑impact teams that consistently outperform their competitive sets.

This opportunity is ideal for a senior commercial leader with deep Marriott brand experience, strong command of Marriott systems, and a proven ability to translate strategy into measurable revenue growth across diverse markets.

What We Are Looking For:

• This role requires a leader who is both strategic and operational - someone who understands how to drive results at the portfolio level while staying connected to property‑level execution.
• 10+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership, including complex group, convention, and resort experience.
• Proven success overseeing multi‑property sales performance within a hotel management company or brand portfolio.
• Strong Marriott background, including working knowledge of One Yield, brand standards, and Marriott commercial processes.
• Ability to manage an approximately $250 million dollar budget with a large-scale background.
• Experience leading digital marketing and demand generation strategies.
• Ability to interpret and apply STR data and competitive analytics.
• Strong business acumen and proficiency with Microsoft Office and commercial reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and team‑development skills.
